Parent Involvement

Welcome to Discotech!

DiscoTech is an all-volunteer, parent-led team.  Parents hire coaches, run the budget and take in dues, admit new players, pay stipends to coaches, order uniforms, and coordinate league, tournament, and special event rostering.  We encourage new parents to get involved.  Below, you’ll find a list of the parents currently in leadership roles. Mission Statement:

Oakland Tech ultimate, aka DiscOTech, is an inclusive program that allows youth of all gender identities to interact, compete and have fun together. We promote diversity, leadership and the concept of spirit of the game. We are committed to teaching the game of ultimate and bringing our team into the greater community of Ultimate for competition and partnership.
